Dean Lockwood is an experienced Test Automation Engineer at Positioning Universal, specializing in embedded systems design and firmware development since April 2019. With a background that includes roles as a Firmware Development Intern at both Positioning Universal and Lincoln Home Solutions, Dean has developed skills in script automation, embedded C language applications, and software troubleshooting. Previous experience includes a Quality Engineering internship at GKN Ae and a Commuter Assistant position at the University of San Diego, where Dean supported fellow students. Additional roles as Stables Staff at Shoepe Scout Reservation and Office Intern for California State Assemblyman Randy Voepel further highlight a versatile skill set. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of San Diego, earned in 2020.
