As the Founder of Positive Affect Consulting since February 2021, Andrea specializes in assisting leaders in navigating challenging team dynamics and fostering high-performing teams by leveraging individual strengths. Prior to this, Andrea held consulting and managerial roles at Avantage and Aurora Cannabis Inc., focusing on team building, project management, and strategic integration. Andrea also excelled in various HR-related positions at Back in Motion Rehab Inc. and Whistler Blackcomb, where significant contributions included the transition to an Employee Portal and the management of recruitment and employee experience initiatives. Andrea earned a Statement of Completion in Human Resources from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies from Brock University.
