Brian Fischer

Brian Fischer is an experienced professional currently serving as Program Director at Positive Alternatives since April 2019. Prior to this role, Brian worked as a Proposal Administrator at Renaissance Learning from May 2018 to April 2019, and as a Case Manager at Waupaca County Department of Health & Human Services from July 2013 to May 2018, where responsibilities included coordination of service teams and facilitation of community classes. Earlier in the career, Brian served as a Police Officer for the City of Wisconsin Rapids from March 2006 to July 2013. Brian holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Change and Development with a Criminal Justice emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Additional education includes Law Enforcement Certification from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
