Michael Carlson

Michael Carlson is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Youth Resident Counselor at Positive Alternatives since January 2023 and as a Receptionist at Point Counseling Center since January 2022. In the reception role, responsibilities include scheduling clients, setting up new accounts in the electronic medical records system, and credentialing new counselors. Prior experience includes leadership positions as Assistant Manager at Eddie Bauer Outlet and Co Manager and Sales Lead at EXPRESS, along with various retail roles at Skechers and HUGO BOSS. Currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Human Services at Northcentral Technical College, Michael Carlson has a foundational educational background from Lincoln High School, graduating in 2014.
