Holly Downs

Holly Downs has extensive work experience in the field of behavior analysis. Holly began their career in 2013 as a BCBA at Positive Behavior Supports Corp. Over the years, Holly held various roles including Regional Coordinator and Regional Director, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills. In September 2020, they became the Director of Ethical Compliance at the same company. Additionally, Holly has recently taken on the role of Adjunct Professor at Capella University, starting in July 2020.

Holly Downs obtained a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida between 2011 and 2013. Holly also holds additional certifications including being a Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO) from AAPC, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), and a Licensed Behavior Analyst from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
