Jim Thompson

Jim Thompson's work experience begins in 1986 when they worked as a Marketing Staff member at Hewlett-Packard. In 1987, they became the Director of Public and Global Management Programs at Stanford Graduate School of Business. In 1998, Thompson founded the Positive Coaching Alliance and served as both the Founder and CEO, contributing to the organization's success. Jim also held a role as a Board Member at Santa Clara University Institute of Sports Law and Ethics starting in 2013.

Jim Thompson's education history begins in 1961, when they attended West Fargo High School. Jim completed their high school education at this institution in 1967. Following this, from 1967 to 1970, Jim Thompson enrolled at Macalester College, where they focused on the field of Philosophy, although they did not obtain a specific degree. Later, they pursued a Master's degree at the University of Oregon Graduate School from 1976 to 1978, with a specialization in Community Service & Public Affairs.
