Joanna Lignelli

Joanna Lignelli has a combination of sales, coaching, and club management experience. Joanna started their career at STX, LLC in 2003 and held various roles including Director of Sales, Key Account Director, and Director of Retail Sales. Joanna also served as the Women's Lacrosse and Field Hockey Product Manager at STX from 2003 to 2011. In 2004, they joined US Lacrosse as a Coach Development Program Trainer and Content Developer. In 2011, they started working at Positive Coaching Alliance as a Workshop Facilitator/Trainer. In 2019, they became a Girls Lacrosse Coach at Coppermine Lacrosse Club. Joanna also served as the Girls Lacrosse Club Director at Ravens Lacrosse Club from 2004 to 2018.
