Rich Pruszynski has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rich began their career at Red Arrow Camp for Boys as a counselor, where they emphasized personal growth and development. Following that, they worked as an MS Math Teacher/Athletic Director at St. Rose - Catholic Urban Academy. Rich then transitioned to Marquette University High School, where they served as the Head Lacrosse Coach for fifteen years, focusing on building character in their players. In 2007, they joined Positive Coaching Alliance, where they held various roles, including Partner Development Representative, Account Manager, and Senior Partner Support Manager. Rich eventually became the National Partner Development & Support Manager, overseeing the development and support of partnerships.
