Ripper Hatch has a strong background in sports management and sales. Ripper began their career in 1994 as the General Manager of the Spokane Indians Baseball Team, where they served until 1998. Following that, they joined the Sioux Falls Canaries Baseball Team as the General Manager and Vice President, a position they held for three years. In 2001, Hatch transitioned to Daktronics as the Northern Region Sales Manager, before moving on to the Portland Timbers as the Vice President of Ticket Sales and Marketing in 2003. In 2007, they joined the Sacramento River Cats as the Vice President of Ticket Sales and Service, a role they held until 2010. Currently, Hatch is serving as the Vice President of Partner Development at Positive Coaching Alliance.
Ripper Hatch completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Princeton University, which they attended from 1987 to 1991. Prior to that, Ripper attended Brookings High School between 1983 and 1987. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Sport Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1992 to 1993.
