Doiba Eshofonie

Doiba Eshofonie is an experienced professional in health informatics and medical case management, currently serving as an Informatics Specialist at Positive Impact Health Centers since October 2019. In this role, Doiba manages end-user needs for information systems, resolves service tickets, and provides training for EHR applications to enhance patient care. Previous positions include Medical Case Manager, Clinic Associate, and Community Manager at various organizations, where responsibilities ranged from patient care coordination and administrative duties to community engagement and health education. Doiba holds a Master’s degree in Health Informatics from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from the University of Lynchburg.
