Zuri Nelson is a dedicated public health professional currently serving as a Prevention Specialist-CTL at Positive Impact Health Centers, where the mission focuses on providing client-centered care for the HIV community. Previously, Zuri contributed as a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia State School of Public Health, working on the SKYE project aimed at reducing HIV, STD, and teen pregnancy among youth in Atlanta through comprehensive reproductive education. Additional experience includes roles as Assistant Site Manager and Program Associate at CORE, which provides outreach to underserved communities in the South Atlanta area, and as a Covid Contact Investigator at Georgia State University. Zuri's journey in public health is supported by a Master of Public Health degree with a focus on Health Promotion and Behavior and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, both obtained from Georgia State University.
