Nicole D. Franklin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in equity, technology, and coaching. Currently serving as a Peak Performance Coach at Positive Intelligence, Nicole focuses on Pro-Equity Anti-Racism across personal, professional, and organizational domains. At ENHANCED INTERACTIONS, LLC, Nicole holds dual roles as Pro-Equity Anti-Racism Officer and Executive and Life Coach, developing foundational rationales for racial equity transformations and enhancing leader effectiveness. Previously, Nicole was the Chief Equity Officer for King County, WA, providing strategic leadership in equity and technology, alongside various IT supervisory roles.
