Anisha Chowgule

Anisha Chowgule is an experienced professional currently serving as an Engagement Manager at Positive Moves since April 2019, having progressed through roles as a Senior Consultant and Consultant within the same global executive search firm. Prior to this, Anisha held the position of Head of Analytics at HRuday, the HR cell of NMIMS, and gained early experience as a Human Resources Intern at L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited, where responsibilities included developing a Resource Management Information System and implementing change management strategies. Additionally, Anisha worked as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant, where a significant project involved developing an ETF management system for financial services. Anisha holds an MBA from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
