Radhika Sharma

Radhika Sharma is a Consultant in Executive Search at Positive Moves since March 2023, previously serving as a Management Trainee. Radhika gained valuable experience as a Research Intern and Shadow Mentee to Shobhini Mukherjee at J-PAL South Asia, focusing on Mental Health and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. Furthermore, Radhika held the position of Human Resources Analyst at TLGS Consulting Group, where installation of ZOHO HR software enhanced department productivity. Earlier experience includes research contributions at the Center of Policy Research and Governance, intern roles at Barefoot College and MedTourEasy, and campaign efforts for child rights at CRY - Child Rights and You. Radhika holds a Postgraduate Degree in Management and Leadership from The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University.
