Esther Ferri is a seasoned Behavior Analyst currently employed at Positive Behaviour Support Consultancy since November 2021, following an extensive tenure at Beam ABA Services where roles included ABA Supervisor, Senior BST, and Behavior Support Therapist. With a focus on improving the quality of life and independence for children and young persons with behavioral difficulties through applied behavior analysis (ABA), Esther has demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing person-centered programs. Previous experience includes positions such as Senior ABA Tutor at Forest Bridge School and European Volunteer at Versme School, emphasizing support for children with disabilities.
