Kirsty Bishop is a trainee behaviour analyst at Positive Behaviour Support Consultancy since July 2020, with previous experience as a Positive Behaviour Lead at Heartwood Care Group from November 2017 to July 2020, where responsibilities included developing Functional Analysis and PBS plans for children and young people. Prior roles include Deputy Manager at London Cyrenians Housing Limited, managing a supported living home for individuals on the Autism spectrum, and Team Leader at Burgess Autism Trust, overseeing a small supported living service for males with complex needs. Earlier experience includes managing a residential support team at Yarrowhousing. Kirsty holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Kent and a Master's degree in Analysis and Intervention of Intellectual and Developmental Disability from the Tizard Centre, University of Kent.
