Chi Ngo

Chi Ngo has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as a Web Developer at Van Minh Co., Ltd in 2011, where they were responsible for rebuilding an e-commerce website. In 2012, Chi Ngo worked as a Business Analyst at Kien Nhan JSC, a charity organization, where they developed a web application to connect people and support donations for the poor in Vietnam.

In 2013, they joined SiliconPrime Technologies as a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager. In this role, they managed the full software development life-cycle for web-based systems and developed a custom-built solution to improve customer and dealer satisfaction. They also provided information, decision-making, and reporting support for senior management and operation users.

Currently, Chi Ngo is working at PYCOGroup as a Senior Product Owner since November 2017. They play a key role in production teams, act as a system analyst, and take responsibility for areas such as modeling and UI & UX design. PYCOGroup is a digital consulting and software development company that helps business leaders reimagine, design, and accelerate digital transformation for their partners.

Chi Ngo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Ho Chi Minh City University of Natural Sciences, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they pursued a short-term program at HP Software Education, specializing in HP Software Testing with a focus on Automation Testing.
