Khang Võ has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Khang started their career at Jellyfish HR Vietnam, where they worked as a Customer Relationship Management specialist, focusing on executive search for Japanese enterprises. After that, they joined HR1 Tech as a Senior Technical Recruiter, responsible for investigating and analyzing client requirements, compiling recruitment data, and utilizing metrics to attract potential candidates. Currently, Khang is working at Positive Thinking Company APAC as a Talent Acquisition specialist, contributing to their global independent tech consultancy group.
Khang Võ holds a Bachelor's degree in English Linguistics with a minor in Human Resource from Hoa Sen University (Not for Profit).
In addition to their degree, Khang Võ has obtained certifications in Recruiting: Talent Acquisition & Hiring (Version 3) from Udemy in January 2022, and Learning Data Analytics from LinkedIn in October 2021.
