Denitsa Eckweiler

Denitsa Eckweiler is an experienced bioinformatics professional with a strong academic background, holding a B.Sc in Physical and Theoretical Chemistry and an M.Sc in Computational Chemistry from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. As a PhD student at Universität des Saarlandes, Denitsa graduated magna cum laude with a focus on isolated metallic clusters. Professional experience includes roles as a Bioinformatics Software Developer at Biobase GmbH, and a Bioinformatician at Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research, where skills in NGS data analysis and genome assembly were applied.
