Tim Baltes is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various industries, including retail, manufacturing, and education. Currently serving as the Global Human Resources Manager at Positronic Amphenol since August 2025, Tim previously held positions such as Senior Compliance Manager at Bass Pro Shops, where leadership in compliance and employee relations was instrumental for a large-scale operation. Tim's expertise extends to roles at Amazon, Buckhorn Inc., and several educational institutions, where a focus on employee engagement, retention strategies, and effective HR management resulted in significant organizational improvements.
