Zoran Novakovic has extensive work experience in the field of data governance and Microsoft consultancy. Zoran started working at CROZ in September 2010 as a Data Warehousing & BI Solutions specialist and held that position until August 2016. In August 2016, they joined Poslovna Inteligencija as a Senior BI Consultant. Zoran later became a Consultancy Director for Data Governance and Microsoft, and was responsible for delivery at Poslovna Inteligencija. From June 2021 to July 2023, they held the role of Consultancy Director - Delivery at Poslovna Inteligencija.
Zoran Novakovic obtained their Master of Science in Information and Communication Technologies from the University of Zagreb Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing between 2004 and 2010.
