Goulven de Pontbriand has held various roles in a variety of industries since 2012. In 2012, they were a Chef d'équipe sur ligne d'assemblage at Alliora. In 2013, they were a Chef de projet marketing at Veolia Water, where they conducted marketing studies on micro-pollutants in water and the connected home market. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Consultant and then a Consultant Techno-Marketing at Capgemini Consulting. In 2015, they were a Chef d'équipe at onefinestay, where they supervised a team of 5-6 people and checked for quality standards. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Chef produit international - Vitrage Automobile at Saint-Gobain, where they managed two international product lines, conducted market research, and built a value proposition. In 2020, they were a Consultant en Lead generation. Currently, they are the Head of Marketing and Growth at Posos.

Goulven de Pontbriand obtained their Baccalauréat from Lycée Privé de Marcq en Baroeul in the field of Économie. Goulven then attended Institution des Chartreux from 2009 to 2011. In 2012 and 2013, they completed a Master europeo en administracion de empresas at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Goulven then attended ESCP Business School from 2011 to 2016 and obtained a Master in Management. Goulven also holds certifications in Growth Management from Germinal (obtained in September 2020) and Google Analytics from Google (obtained in April 2020).
