Possability has been a leading not-for-profit disability services provider for more than 30 years. We’ve come a long way since humble beginnings in Hobart, Tasmania, in 1989. Over the coming decades we expanded our services across Tasmania and into Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales.

We partner with people with disability to support their journey to independent living and to live the lives they choose.

The Support Services Team at Possability is dedicated to providing personalized assistance and advocacy to individuals with disabilities. They collaborate closely to create tailored support plans, ensuring each person can achieve independence and lead a fulfilling life. The team includes roles such as Support Coordinators and Disability Support Workers, who focus on delivering services that encompass independent living, employment pathways, short stays, community engagement, and positive behavior support, reinforcing Possability’s mission to champion freedom and human rights.
