Matthias Person

Matthias Person has extensive experience in industrial engineering and tool design, currently serving as the Manager of Industrial Engineering Tooling Technology at Possehl Electronics since August 2016. As the Owner of MPProjects Services since December 2007, Matthias specializes in product and process development, tool design, and project management, particularly for injection molding parts. Previous roles include Manager of Tool Shop Molding at Härter Stanztechnik GmbH, CTO at iBOLT.co, and Development & Tooling Consultant at Herbert Richter Autocomfort GmbH, where responsibilities encompassed R&D and production management. Matthias also has a background in managing tool shops and project management from positions at ProForm Formenbau GmbH and Formenbau Schwendemann GmbH. Matthias holds a state-certified technician degree in mechanical engineering from Fachschule für Technik, Lahr im Schwarzwald.
