Diksha Dua is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and innovation across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Innovation and Talent Strategy and Leadership and Career Coach at Possibilities Clinic, Diksha focuses on delivering integrated medical and psychological services for individuals with developmental challenges. Previously, at RAPP, held positions as President for the Middle East and Managing Director, where contributions included enhancing regional presence and leading teams in CRM and digital marketing. Additional experience includes senior roles in digital marketing at Emirates NBD, research on gender equality at United Nations Women, co-founding Clementine Digital Boutique Ltd., and working in digital strategic consulting at OgilvyOne. Diksha holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's Certificate in Healthcare Management from Schulich School of Business and a Master's in Human Security and Peacebuilding from Royal Roads University. Currently, Diksha is pursuing a Registered Psychotherapist designation at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto.
