Kevin Imrie

Kevin Imrie has extensive experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. Kevin is currently the Director of Recruiting at Crop Circle Games and Possibility Space, where they manage recruiting for both studios and focuses on building new intellectual property and fostering cooperation and community on a global scale. Prior to that, they held the same role at Possibility Space, where they handled recruitment for Prytania Media and aimed to create a more inclusive and labor-friendly gaming industry. Before their roles in the gaming industry, Kevin worked as a recruiter at Tremendous and as a Senior Lead Recruiter at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where they achieved significant hiring performance targets and was recognized as the second-best non-tech recruiter for AWS in Q4 2019. Kevin also took on additional responsibilities as a Full Life Cycle/Lead Recruiter at AWS. Earlier in their career, Kevin worked as a Senior Account Manager and Partner at Sales Talent Agency, Inc. and as a Business Development Account Manager at 01 Millennium Consulting, where they excelled in IT recruitment and achieved impressive sales numbers.

Kevin Imrie completed their high school education at Shawnigan Lake School from 2006 to 2008, earning a High School Diploma. Afterwards, from 2008 to 2012, they attended Queen's University where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honors (BAH) degree. Kevin focused their studies on the subjects of Politics and History during their time at Queen's University.
