Possible Always is a new nonprofit organization formed to serve as Florida’s first dedicated 988 backup center and peer support warmline.

When local crisis centers are overwhelmed or unable to answer, backup capacity ensures help is still available—without losing connection to local systems of care. We are building a model designed to strengthen Florida’s crisis response by expanding capacity, supporting continuity of care, and creating space for peer-led support beyond the moment of crisis.

Our work centers lived experience, belonging, and safety. We believe recovery is possible when people feel seen, understood, and supported by those who have walked similar paths.

Possible Always is not yet operational. We are currently focused on planning, partnership-building, and system design in collaboration with stakeholders across Florida.
