Charlotte Swavola

Charlotte Swavola has been working in the field of data science since 2013. Charlotte began their career as a Quality Control Supervisor at Johnson Matthey in 2013, where they also worked as a Process Development Technician. In 2014, they began working as an Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach at Gwynedd Mercy University. Charlotte also worked as an Office Manager/Research Analyst at Collaborative Care Health Center in 2013. In 2011, Swavola worked as a Staff Member at CDSS Timber Ridge Camp and as a Research Assistant at Johns Hopkins University. In 2010, they worked as an Exhibit Organizer at the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology. In 2019, Swavola began working as a Senior Data Scientist at Capital One, where they implemented and managed behavioral risk models, developed and maintained real-time data quality controls, and integrated new data sources for decisioning. In 2020, Swavola began working as a Data Scientist at Possible.

Charlotte Swavola obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Chemistry from Temple University in 2013. Charlotte attended Cheltenham High School from 2005 to 2009. In 2017, Charlotte obtained their Master of Information and Data Science from UC Berkeley School of Information in the field of Data Science. Charlotte also holds a UserTesting Partnered Course certification from UserTesting.
