Charlotte Swavola has been working in the field of data science since 2013. Charlotte began their career as a Quality Control Supervisor at Johnson Matthey in 2013, where they also worked as a Process Development Technician. In 2014, they began working as an Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach at Gwynedd Mercy University. Charlotte also worked as an Office Manager/Research Analyst at Collaborative Care Health Center in 2013. In 2011, Swavola worked as a Staff Member at CDSS Timber Ridge Camp and as a Research Assistant at Johns Hopkins University. In 2010, they worked as an Exhibit Organizer at the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology. In 2017, Charlotte obtained their Master of Information and Data Science from UC Berkeley School of Information in the field of Data Science. Charlotte also holds a UserTesting Partnered Course certification from UserTesting.
