Leeza Paredes has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2019 as an Operations Manager, Outsourcing Manager, and Customer Success Specialist at Possible. Between 2016 and 2019, they were a Social Studies Teacher, Instructional Assistant, and Service Learning Volunteer at Tempe Elementary School District. In 2015, they were a Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College Student Ambassador at Arizona State University and an Office Manager and Ticket Purchase Support at Elevate Tickets. In their role as Ticket Purchase Support, Paredes took inbound calls from festival customers, supported customers through ticket purchases, and provided outbound call collection support. Leeza also traveled to client music festivals for on site support and set up technical ticketing gear.
Leeza Paredes completed their Bachelor of Arts in Education from Arizona State University between 2014 and 2017. Prior to this, they attended Central Arizona College from 2012 to 2014, studying General Studies. In addition, they have obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute in December 2022 and a Cybersecurity Awareness Training from ESET North America in January 2021.
