Keaton West has a diverse work experience spanning several healthcare companies. Currently, Keaton is working at Post Acute Analytics as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives & Clinical Solutions. Prior to this role, Keaton was the Director of Clinical Strategy & Solution Development at Post Acute Analytics, where they focused on clinical strategy and innovation within the clinical operating model.

Keaton West earned a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Bluefield State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Keaton then pursued a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA) at South University from 2016 to 2020. In addition to their degrees, they obtained several certifications, including the Certified Correctional Health Professional (CCHP) from the National Commission on Correctional Health Care in October 2018. Keaton also holds a license as a Nursing Home Administrator from NCBENHA, which they obtained in October 2017. Keaton received the BLS Healthcare provider certification from the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association in August 2017. Lastly, Keaton has an ACA Behavioral Mental Healthcare (CBHc) certification from The CA NV Chapter of the American Correctional Health Services Association.
