Caitlin Kruschke

Caitlin Kruschke is an experienced professional in the field of food science, currently serving as an Advanced Nutrition Aide at Fairview Health Services since December 2020, where effective communication of diet orders and knowledge of specific nutrients are key responsibilities. Caitlin has also gained valuable experience as a Product Insights & Sensory Operations Intern at E. & J. Gallo Winery, focusing on sensory analytical support and aligning training protocols. Previous roles include serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota and an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Sensory Center, where sample preparation for sensory testing was a primary duty. Caitlin's internship experiences at Schreiber Foods and Brakebush Chicken involved product development, ingredient performance screenings, and nutritional analysis. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Food Science at the University of Minnesota, Caitlin holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from the same institution and a high school diploma from Plymouth High School.
