Carl T. Berendsohn

Carl T. Berendsohn is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Technical Services at Post Consumer Brands since June 2021, while also contributing as an adjunct professor in the Evening MBA Program at Olivet College since 2014. Previously, Carl held leadership roles including General Manager at Muller Brass-Forging and Aludyne, overseeing operations across multiple facilities, as well as General Manager for Air-Way Pacific in China and India, with profit and loss responsibilities. Early experience includes roles at Delta Dental Insurance Company and Jackson National Life focusing on operations analytics and business improvement. Carl's educational background includes an MBA in Operations Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BS in Industrial Technology from Buffalo State University, along with an Associate's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Waterbury State Technical College.
