Erin Austad

Erin Austad has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in intellectual property and commercial law, currently serving as a Senior Paralegal at Post Consumer Brands since June 2016. Prior to this role, Erin worked at General Mills as a Legal Assistant from November 2011 to June 2016 and served as a Trademark Assistant at 3M from 2007 to 2011. Erin’s career began at Winthrop & Weinstine, where responsibilities included serving as a Trademark Specialist/Billing Legal Secretary from 2004 to 2007. Erin holds a Paralegal Certificate from Inver Hills Community College and an Associate's degree in Legal Studies from Rasmussen University.
