Mark Stuart

Mark Stuart is a Senior Research & Development Manager and Site Scientist at Post Consumer Brands since August 2008. Prior to this, Mark held positions such as Senior Scientist at MALT O MEAL, Formulations Manager at Nutraceutical Corporation, Quality Assurance Manager and Food Technologist at Ralcorp Frozen Bakery Products, and Microbiology and Chemistry Laboratory Supervisor at Nestle USA. Mark holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from Utah State University and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Weber State University.
