Morgan Gasser

Morgan Gasser is an R&D Process Engineer II at Post Consumer Brands, with expertise in scaling up pet food extrusion from bench top to production plant. Previous experience includes serving as a Process Engineer Consulting at HBW Solutions, where Morgan coordinated P&IDs and created hydraulic models for pharmaceutical manufacturers, developed procedural documentation, and troubleshot for an oil-infused food startup. As Project Lead at FaBEO, Morgan focused on developing sustainable paper from Waste Scoby Cellulose. Early experience includes a role as a Student Recycling Coordinator at the University of Minnesota, assisting with organics collection and waste analysis. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering from the University of Minnesota and an Associate of Arts from Normandale Community College.
