Kathryn Martinez Lopez

Kathryn Martinez Lopez has extensive experience in the field of special education, currently serving as a Lifeskills teacher for 6th-8th grade at Post Falls School District 273 since August 2021. Prior to this role, Kathryn was a Special Education Teacher at Monrovia Unified School District from February 2018 to September 2022, and worked as a Special Education Aid at the same district from September 2008 to September 2022, providing support in a moderate to severe special day class. Kathryn's career also includes experience as a Barista at Starbucks from July 2007 to January 2015. Kathryn holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban Learning/Special Education from California State University, Los Angeles, obtained between 2015 and 2017, and attended Pasadena City College from 2001 to 2015.
