Richard's professional journey began as a Regional Sales Manager before transitioning into executive roles. Richard holds a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Cleveland State University. Richard completed their high school education at Walsh Jesuit High School.
