Eric Hefner

Eric Hefner is the Director of Aviation at Post Foods, where they oversee the safety and management of the corporate flight department, leveraging over 25 years of aviation experience and 13,000 accident-free flight hours. They are responsible for aircraft acquisition analysis, budgeting, and maintaining industry standards. In addition to their aviation expertise, Eric is a classically trained chef with over 10 years in restaurant and hospitality management, including roles as a Training Chef and Culinary Supervisor. Eric holds degrees in Criminal Justice and Professional Aviation, along with culinary training from Le Cordon Bleu of St. Louis.
