Jerry Brooks

Jerry Brooks, J.D. has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Jerry started their career as a Law Clerk at Nebraska Attorney General from May 2004 to May 2006. Jerry then went on to establish their own law firm, JC BROOKS LAW FIRM PLLC, in November 2006, where they served as the Managing Attorney. In this role, they specialized in construction law, real estate, probate & estate planning, business immigration, and small business law, providing personalized legal solutions to protect client interests and assets. In January 2019, Jerry joined Post L Group as the Chief Strategy & Legal Officer, utilizing their extensive experience in developing and executing growth strategies and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

Jerry Brooks, J.D. obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Auburn University in 2000. Jerry then went on to earn their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Nebraska College of Law from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Certified Attorney Ad Litem from the State Bar of Texas in December 2006, and they are also registered as an Attorney and Counselor with the State Bar of Texas.
