The Post Oak Group is a Houston-based investment bank focused on serving the middle market with a comprehensive suite of capital markets and M&A advisory services. Built by seasoned practitioners with deep transactional expertise, we operate with a singular mission: to provide founders, shareholders, and investors with sophisticated, institutional-grade guidance at every stage of their company’s growth.

As a one-stop platform, The Post Oak Group supports the full lifecycle of a transaction—from early-stage seed and growth capital raises to later-stage liquidity events, strategic sales, and public-market exits. Our team is uniquely positioned to advise clients through each inflection point, leveraging our capital markets capabilities alongside our sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory practice.

This integrated structure allows our clients to work with a single, dedicated firm throughout their entire journey, ensuring continuity, strategic alignment, and a deep understanding of each company’s objectives. By unifying capital formation and M&A into one cohesive platform, we deliver a seamless experience that eliminates friction, accelerates outcomes, and maximizes long-term value.

At The Post Oak Group, we combine the reach and rigor of an institutional investment bank with the agility and attention of a boutique. Our commitment is simple: to provide best-in-class advisory services that empower our clients to raise capital efficiently, scale strategically, and ultimately achieve successful exits on their own terms.
