Chris Birrell

Chris Birrell is a seasoned social media professional with extensive experience in managing social media strategies and community engagement across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Social Media & Advocacy Manager at Post Office Ltd, Chris leads the #SocialMasters initiative to enhance postmasters' engagement across social platforms. Previous roles include Social Media Manager for VCCP, where Chris worked on high-profile automotive campaigns for KiaUK, and managing social media for Which?, where a new engagement-driven strategy was successfully implemented. Chris has also operated as a social media consultant, worked with various brands including TES and Imagination, and founded a digital media consultancy. Educational qualifications include an LLB (Hons) Law Degree from the University of Strathclyde and an HNC in Music Business Administration from West Lothian College.
