Pav Dhami

Pav Dhami has a strong background in finance and has held various roles throughout their career. They started at PwC as a Corporate Finance/M&A Analyst in 2005 before moving on to BOMBARDIER as a Finance Analyst/Marketing Analyst in 2006. In 2009, they joined Kellogg Company as a Finance Manager/Finance Business Partner and stayed there until 2016. They then worked at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as a Senior Commercial Finance Manager from 2017 to 2019. After that, they became a Senior FP&A Manager at Pizza Hut UK & Europe from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Pav Dhami is working at Post Office Ltd, where they have held several positions, including Head of Finance, Director of Finance, and Finance Director - Technology & Transformation.

Pav Dhami obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, specializing in Commerce and Finance with a major in Economics. Additionally, Pav has also completed the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2022.
