Tom Fitzgerald

Tom Fitzgerald has a vast work experience in the postal and courier industry. Tom has worked for various positions in different companies. Tom started their career in 1984 at Post Office Ltd, where they held various roles until 2008. Tom then joined Post Office Ltd again in 2000 as a Business Analyst and gradually worked their way up to become a Principal Analyst, managing a team of Business Analysts. In 2017, they joined Royal Mail as a Senior Business Analyst. In 2018, they returned to Post Office Ltd as the Head of In Branch Identity Propositions. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Technical Integration PUDO at Post Office Ltd.

Tom Fitzgerald attended Cardinal Hinsley Boys School from 1978 to 1984, but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study.
