Wayne Whitworth

Wayne Whitworth has extensive experience in the retail and training sectors, currently serving as an Onsite Trainer Team Leader and previously holding multiple roles including Quality Assurance and Training Lead and Sales Capability Manager at Post Office Ltd since November 2015. In this field-based role, Wayne focuses on enhancing customer experiences and driving team engagement within the Post Office Agency Network. Prior to this, Wayne worked at The Co-operative Group from May 2005 to November 2015 as a Post Office Manager, responsible for departmental development and achieving sales targets, and as a Post Office Counter Clerk, ensuring smooth daily operations and customer service. Wayne holds an Associate’s Degree in IT Practitioner from Weston College and a High School diploma in Mathematics from Worle School.
