Andrea Carter has over 18 years of work experience in accounting and finance. Andrea began their career as an Accounting Supervisor at Teri-Max Services, where they supervised a team of five accounting clerks and was responsible for the full accounting cycle and financial statement preparation. Andrea then worked as an Accounting Manager at Scott's Realty Limited, managing all aspects of the accounting function. Andrea also provided accounting and tax services to various clients as an Accounting Specialist at Lloyd Benedict CPA. At Ventron Management, they served as an Accounting Specialist and was accountable for timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Andrea joined Original Impressions as the Director of Accounting, overseeing full-cycle accounting for two companies generating over $640MM annually. Andrea continued their role as the Director of Accounting at PCI, where they restructured the accounting department and implemented integration for 401k and benefits platforms. Throughout their career, Andrea has demonstrated strong expertise in financial systems, internal controls, reporting, budget management, and staff management.
Andrea Carter is currently pursuing a Master of Science Degree in Forensic Accounting at Florida Atlantic University, with an expected graduation date of 08/2025. Prior to this, Andrea obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. Before that, they completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Northern Caribbean University. Andrea also holds an Associate of Science Degree in Accounting from Broward College.
