Director Of Financial Planning And Analysis at PCI

Raef Israel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Raef started their career as a Controller at Vetrerie Bruni from 1996 to 2003. Raef then worked as an Assistant Controller at Valley Forge Fabrics, Inc. from 2005 to 2011, where they were responsible for government sales. Raef then joined Dyno Merchandise in 2011 as the International Business & Trade Development Manager. In this role, they oversaw the growth of the Indian joint venture and expanded into new markets in Mexico and Latin America. Raef also had various accounting and operational responsibilities. From 2015 to 2016, Raef worked as a Business Consultant at RMI Consulting Inc., providing recommendations to decrease expenses and help companies obtain government contracts. Raef then joined Aerospace Technologies Group in 2016 as a Financial Analyst, where they prepared financial statements, monitored financial details, and supervised reporting and budgeting employees. Raef's most recent position is the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at PCI, which they started in August 2020.

Raef Israel earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University, where they attended from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they studied International Finance at Arizona State University from 1994 to 1995, although they did not obtain a degree from this institution. In addition to their formal education, Raef Israel has also obtained several certifications in Lean Six Sigma. In September 2022, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from AVETA. Furthermore, in April 2023, they acquired a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Six Sigma Online; Aveta Business Institute, and also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the same institutions in the same month. Lastly, in May 2023, Raef Israel achieved the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from Six Sigma Online; Aveta Business Institute.
