Desislava Gospodinova

Desislava Gospodinova boasts extensive experience in human resources and staff development, currently serving as the Head of the Staff Development & Employer Branding Department at Postbank (Eurobank Bulgaria AD) since January 2022. Prior to this role, Desislava held various positions at UniCredit Bulbank from July 2014 to December 2021, including Development Programs Specialist, Training Expert, and Recruitment Specialist.
