Gideon Mpungu

Gideon Mpungu is currently working as an ICT Security Officer at PostBank Uganda Ltd, as well as a Co-Founder of Yo-Waste, a tech start-up focused on improving waste management through technology solutions. Gideon has also held roles such as Cyber Security Engineer at RENU, Cyber Security Analyst at MILIMA TECHNOLOGIES UGANDA, and Cyber Security Analyst at TryHackMe, HackTheBox, and BlueTeamsLabOnline. Additionally, Gideon has experience as a Project Coordinator at WasteMastersAfrica, an alumnus of YALI Regional Leadership Center East Africa, and a Student Intern at MIT Global Startup Labs. Gideon's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Makerere University.
