Chris Miksanek

Freelance Contributor at Rochester Post Bulletin

Chris Miksanek has extensive experience in various fields, including serving as a Voting Member for the Critics Choice Awards since August 2009 and working as an Author for Bamber Books since 2008. Additionally, Chris has been a Community Ed Instructor in the Rochester School District, specializing in humor writing and print-on-demand classes. With a long-standing role as Mr. SuperSession at IBM since June 2004, Chris also contributes freelance articles and movie reviews to the Post Bulletin. As a software developer and freelance writer at miksanek.com since September 1977, Chris has held previous volunteer positions as an Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau and as a Mediator for Olmsted County Minnesota. Chris served as Adjunct Faculty at Rochester Community and Technical College from January 1999 to 2009 and was a member of the Editorial Review Board for z/Journal between 1996 and 2009. Educational achievements include training at the Player's Workshop of Second City and various institutions, including UCLA and the University of Illinois Chicago.
