Tracy Zuffoletto

Tracy Zuffoletto has been working at Intrado since November 2014, serving as a Client Relationship Manager. Prior to this role, at Genesys Conferencing, Tracy worked as a Customer Service Representative, where Tracy supervised and coached a team supporting top-tier clientele. Tracy is responsible for successful execution of client services and overseeing team performance through creating and tracking reports.
